When we were on vacation in Florida, Steven and I had an amazing opportunity to get together with our clients, Laura and Travis.
Laura, although Canadian, has spent much of her life in the United States, where she met the love of her life, Travis at a young age. Theirs is, indeed, one of sweetest love stories I have both heard, and observed.
Until recently, Laura and Travis had been living in the West Palm Beach area. When Steven and I were hired back in August, I mentioned that we would be in Florida sometime late winter, and wouldn't it be great to hang out and take their engagement pictures on the beach...?
So I had been corresponding with Laura the last half year, never having met in person before. It was like reuniting with old friends. Laura and Travis were kind enough to not mind our girls being in tow - and mind you, they were too busy getting soaked by the rising tide to intervene anyway!
Dressed in fantastic beach couture (although Laura will point out to you that her dress was only $20.00... I still don't believe her, haha), Laura and Travis were natural, affectionate, and were up for anything.
Their wedding is June 5th, 2010 and will take place in Westport, Ontario.
